THE ROLE
As an integral member of the YA-MAN USA LTD team, the Digital Commerce and Amazon Strategy Manager will play a vital role in cultivating strong connections with both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves actively supporting diverse marketing initiatives and making significant contributions to the overall success of our brand.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Digital Commerce and Amazon Strategy Manager to join our team. Success in this role requires a deep understanding and enthusiasm for data analysis, digital trends, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing data, deriving insights for strategic decision-making, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience :
Proven expertise in digital analytics and research, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central, including managing Amazon PPC and Sponsored Ads.Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amazon’s advertising reporting tools.Skills :

Amazon Advertising Management :
Develop, implement, and manage Amazon Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.Create, manage, and optimize product listing campaigns, including keyword / SEO research, bid management, and A / B testing.Monitor campaign performance, make real-time adjustments, and analyze key metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR) to maximize ROI.Storefront optimizingPerformance Analysis and Reporting :
Regularly track and report on key performance metrics and budget allocation to ensure campaigns meet revenue and profit targets.Create and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of opportunity.Use Amazon Analytics, Seller Central, and third-party tools to provide insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.PDP Management and Optimization :
Regularly update content on PDPs, Brand Store, Enhanced Content, and marketing assets to optimize for top-performing creative with A / B testingLead SEO optimizations for titles, bullets, and product descriptionsConduct competitive and category content analyses and recommend strategies for enhancementsCollaboration & Communication :
Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure that all marketing assets align with Amazon's best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product launch strategies, seasonal campaigns, and Amazon peak strategiesStay Current with Amazon Trends :
Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s evolving tools, features, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.Experiment with new advertising features, targeting options, and bidding strategies to drive incremental growth.PREFERRED SKILLS
