Beach and Pool Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Beach Servers to join our team at our beachfront restaurant located within a picturesque hotel in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by delivering excellent service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a memorable stay at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

*****Must have basic cocktail knowledge.

*****Will be in hot weather temperatures some days and dealing with sand.

Guest Service:

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Take guests' orders, accurately record them, and ensure prompt delivery.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure their satisfaction.
Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.
Service Excellence:

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure proper table setup, including flatware, glassware, and condiments.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials.
Order Accuracy and Quality:

Verify the accuracy of orders before serving them to guests.
Ensure that food and beverages are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
Address any discrepancies or issues with the kitchen promptly.
Payment Handling:

Accurately process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
Handle cash and payments responsibly, following hotel policies.
Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
Adhere to health and safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
