SmartPay is a mobile wallet that allows users and businesses to receive a monthly deposit of SmartPay mobile money, which can be used for mobile transactions. This closed-loop system ensures a secure and controlled environment for merchants accepting payments in various ways, while providing users with a convenient and innovative way for financial inclusivities.Role Overview : As the COO, you will oversee SmartPay's daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our vision. You'll work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into actionable outcomes, ensuring operational efficiency across all facets of the company.Key Responsibilities : - Manage day-to-day operations across product development, marketing, and customeracquisition.- Oversee merchant and user onboarding processes and retention strategies.- Develop operational policies and ensure compliance with African fintech regulations.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth platform functionality.- Implement KPIs to measure and optimize performance across departments.Requirements : - Strong operational leadership experience in business operations, logistics, fintech , or mobilepayments.- Expertise in scaling operations for startups or high-growth companies.- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in digital payments is a plus.
