Work schedule for Human Resources: The core schedule is Monday - Friday, daytime hours, with potential for minimal overtime
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll get to:
- Build a strong relationship with our team
- Recruit and hire for various positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Manage PTO and Attendance
- Handle HR records
- Learn HR reporting
- HR office support
- Answer associate questions
- Work with vendors
- Assist with benefits administration
- Coordinate special events, and preparations for visitors
- Learn timekeeping and payroll process

Requirements:
- Must have recent and verifiable recruiting or human resources experience.
- Knowledge of associate relations
- Ability to work within HR systems
- Above average computer skills
- Must have High School Diploma or GED (proof of completion/graduation required)
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
