Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect Hunting : Conduct market scanning to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Client Acquisition : Acquiring new customers by pitching the offers, making presentations, continuous follow-ups, and negotiating contracts. Work with the solutions team to create customized proposals and presentations.
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target OEM’s. Understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Process Improvement : Work with related departments, manufacturing, purchasing and R&D to improve and / or implement preparation to meet individual OEM needs.
Product Knowledge : Deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and technicalofferings.
Negotiation : Lead customer negotiations, address objections, and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms.
- Establish and manage early project activities based on experience with detailed tasks and lead team to execute to gain new business
- Establish Close Working Relationship Solutions Team : Coordinate and manage efforts of the
solutions team to ensure preparation of relevantpitch material, customerlist, response to RFQs, etc.
Market Expansion : Identify new marketsegments and growth opportunities within the Americas Region.
Skills and Abilities
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) is a plus.
