What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant to Property Manager position at Yacht Cove Owner's Association?
*Overview*
Our community of Yacht Cove is located approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown Columbia, SC on beautiful Lake Murray. Our lake side complex of 64 acres has 398 condiminiums. We are seeking an assistant to the Property Manager to ensure we keep the wonderful community it is.
*Duties*
- Answering phones calls from owners, residents, new residents, contractors, and others.
- Accepting work orders and maintenance requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents.
- Register new residents, assign gate access devices, pool fobs, etc.
- Sending out HOA violation letters.
- Inputting invoices into HOA management software.
- Assisting in the maintenance of homeowner association files and necessary changes to contact information in management software.
- A knack for listening to resident concerns in a friendly and professional manner and turning them over to the Property Manager.
- Accepting home owner payments.
*Experience*
Minimum requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; computer skills and knowledge of relevant software; knowledge of operation of standard office equipment; knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping; knowledge of principles and practices of basic office activities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
