We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Reservations Department. This position is primarily based in Tampa but requires cross-training in Clearwater for occasional coverage.
Position Overview
The primary role of the Sales Representative is to increase individual ticket sales across all Manthey Hospitality brands by engaging with potential customers. This is an entry-level sales position with unlimited earning potential and ample opportunities for growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and through live chat to make reservations.
- Assist guests with check-in and distribute boarding passes for all brands.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries while providing exceptional service.
- Replenish brochure racks and maintain promotional materials.
- Coordinate operations with onboard managers, captains, marine crew, and other staff.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Open availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special holiday events.
- Proficient in computer use and digital communication tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced ticket booth environment.

Schedule
- Day and evening shifts - Open 7 days a week
- Must be able to work weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
