We are currently hiring for a Sales Representative in our Reservations Department at our Tampa Channelside location. This position will primarily work in Tampa with the occasional coverage in Clearwater if needed. Our preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of current experience in customer service, sales and a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
We are open 7 days a week and applicants must have open availability to work a variety of shifts that will include days, evenings, weekends and special holiday events.
Responsibilities
This position’s main role is to increase individual ticket sales for all brands by interacting with potential customers in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, distribution of boarding passes for cruises, responding to customer emails, communicating with customers via Live Chat, replenishing brochure racks and coordinating operations with on-board managers, captains, marine crew and other staff.
This position requires someone that is able to work both in a team and independent setting. Must be computer savvy. This is a great entry-level sales position with UNLIMITED EARNINGS potential and opportunity to grow within the company.

Position pays hourly plus unlimited commissions paid every other week. Current representatives are earning an average of $20/hour with commissions.
