Job Description:
As a Yacht Finish Tech at Yachting Solutions, you will be responsible for performing gel coat repairs and varnishing services on luxury yachts and vessels. Your key duties will include:
- Conducting thorough surface preparation for painting, including sanding and cleaning.
- Applying gel coats and varnishes to boats, ensuring a smooth, durable finish.
- Performing repairs to existing gel coat and paintwork as needed.
- Working closely with the team to maintain high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Keeping the work area organized and adhering to safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in boat painting and gel coat repairs.
- Strong knowledge of varnishing techniques and products.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience with sanding, surface prep, and applying finishes to fiberglass and other marine materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
