Yacub Law - Global Mobility is a U.S. immigration law firm headquartered in the D.C. metropolitan region with offices in Maryland and Virginia. We are expanding our services into Europe with an office in Milan, Italy. Our legal team specializes in all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including family and employment-based petitions, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and litigation and removal defense.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Immigration Attorney with four years of experience located in Woodbridge, VA. The attorney will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, PERM applications and legal matters related to immigration law on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Legal Issues
- Familiarity with various types of visas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in the state of Maryland
- Fluency in Spanish, and Italian is a plus
