This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Immigration Attorney with four years of experience located in Woodbridge, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on immigration law and represent clients in immigration court proceedings.
- Prepare and file visa petitions and other immigration-related documents.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on changes in immigration law.
Requirements
- Proven experience in immigration law, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing in the state of Maryland.
