About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our new Yadea store in Kalentong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the shop's success, ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership :
Take full ownership of the shop’s sales, directly tied to salary incentives.
Strategize and execute plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Team Management :
Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
Ensure all staff follow company SOPs and deliver excellent customer service.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee daily store operations, including cleanliness and proper maintenance of display units.
Handle inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper product display.
Customer Engagement :
Respond to online and offline leads, answer inquiries, and convert them into loyal customers.
Maintain and manage the store’s Facebook page, ensuring prompt responses and engaging content.
Answer calls professionally and address customer concerns effectively.
Brand Awareness :
Set up and manage promotional booths near the store to increase local brand awareness.
Product Knowledge :
Understand Yadea’s product range and confidently explain selling points to customers.
Qualifications
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Experience in motorbike industry is a plus
Skills :
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in social media management, especially Facebook.
Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization.
