Key Responsibilities :
- Client Support : Provide excellent customer service to commercial clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
- Policy Management : Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with industry regulations.
- Communication : Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other team members to ensure smooth policy administration.
- Quoting and Binding : Assist clients with quoting and binding new policies, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
- Claims Assistance : Support clients through the claims process by providing information, assisting with documentation, and liaising with claims adjusters.
- Compliance : Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure all actions comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the commercial lines team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience : Experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field preferred.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensing : Valid insurance license required.
