We are looking for a motivated and curious summer intern to support a project exploring how AI and automation could improve key areas of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll work on
As our intern, you'll take part in a research and evaluation project focused on identifying AI tools and platforms that could benefit:
- Maintenance (e.g., predictive tools, smart buildings, automated work orders)
- Leasing (e.g., contract automation, lease tracking, reminders)
- Tenant Communication (e.g., AI chatbots, sentiment analysis)
- Operations & Reporting (e.g., process automation, dashboards, insights)
Your goal will be to help us assess which tools could help us reduce manual tasks, improve service delivery, and bring innovation into our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research AI tools and technologies relevant to property management.
- Evaluate feasibility, costs, and benefits.
- Test and compare software platforms (with our support).
- Summarize findings and make recommendations.
- Present your work to the leadership team.
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Computer/Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in tech, innovation, and real estate.
- Analytical mindset and good research skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
- No prior experience in AI or property management is required — just curiosity and drive!
