Overview
As the first Principal Content Designer on the Design team at Yahoo Sports and Yahoo Fantasy, you will establish and lead the content design practice, setting the vision, strategy, and operational framework for content design. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how we communicate with our users across products, driving clarity and consistency. This is a unique opportunity to build and evangelize the content design discipline from the ground up, ensuring that it becomes a core component of the product design process.

- Define and implement content strategies that align with product and user goals.
- Establish and maintain content design best practices, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all product touchpoints.
- Evangelize the importance of content design throughout the organization, educating teams on its value in driving user engagement and satisfaction.

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 - $299,375.00 / yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
