Your Day at Yahoo Finance :
As a Principal Product Designer at Yahoo Finance, you will lead product design for a not-yet-released Yahoo Finance Community. You'll collaborate with a talented and diverse team to envision and craft delightful and intuitive design experiences that resonate with our users.
Day-to-day, you will :
- Oversee & execute across all phases of the design process from conception to implementation including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Lead multiple large-scale highly strategic projects that are deemed business critical.
- Develop and implement innovative team practices that drive change and identify new opportunities for value creation.
- Act as a thought leader among the department, providing a clear vision for the future of design.
- Demonstrate strong understanding & implementation of internal design process.
- Lead team in framing and providing thoughtful solutions to complex design problems.
- Demonstrate influence across all levels of the organization, mentoring other Individual Contributors and leaders.

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 - $299,375.00 / yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Our comprehensive benefits include healthcare, a great 401k, backup childcare, education stipends and much more.
