Job Title : Dentist
Key / Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Assess patients to determine dental needs
- Develop dental treatment plans
- Provide dental care and complete treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care, planned care, treatment, and follow-up
- Make referrals on assessed needs
- Participate in on-call schedule
- Provide emergency care as necessary
- Complete all documentation
- Adhere to Medical Staff By-Laws, Rules, & Regulations
Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure / certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g., lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)
