Job Qualifications:

1. BS/BA in Finance or Accounting preferred
2. Strong knowledge of financial principles, financial modeling techniques, and forecasting methodologies.
3. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems (Sage X3 a plus).
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to accurately prepare reports for management
7. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
8. Excellent internal and external customer service skills
9. Interpersonal skills (ability to work with all levels from hourly to management)
10. Time management and multi-tasking skills

Job Summary:

FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This team member will work directly under the guidance of the FP&A Manager and will actively partner with internal teams and budget owners to guide strategy and decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial modeling skills and seeks the challenge of working with a growing, dynamic organization.

Job Duties:

1. Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business planning and decision-making processes.
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and tools to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights into key business drivers.
3. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, working closely with department managers and finance team members.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, and revenue trends.
5. Contribute to forecasting and modeling for the organization, according to various planning scenarios. 
6. Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to provide insights on potential impacts to the organization's financial position.
7. Maintain current business intelligence system, while also assisting in the improvement of financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes. 
8. Produces necessary information for business units to monitor the execution of business plans.
9. Assemble periodic and ad-hoc analysis reporting on company operations.

16. Must have a complete understanding of company’s policies, SOPs, QPs, EPs, HACCP and cGMP to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and sustainability.
17. Must adhere to all company policies.
18. Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
19. Follow all SOPs in a given area.
20. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
