Job Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, financial modeling techniques, and forecasting methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems (Sage X3 a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately prepare reports for management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills (ability to work with all levels from hourly to management)

Job Summary:
FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This team member will work directly under the guidance of the FP&A Manager and will actively partner with internal teams and budget owners to guide strategy and decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial modeling skills and seeks the challenge of working with a growing, dynamic organization.
Job Duties:
- Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and tools to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights into key business drivers.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, working closely with department managers and finance team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, and revenue trends.
- Contribute to forecasting and modeling for the organization, according to various planning scenarios.
- Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to provide insights on potential impacts to the organization's financial position.
- Maintain current business intelligence system, while also assisting in the improvement of financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
- Produces necessary information for business units to monitor the execution of business plans.
- Assemble periodic and ad-hoc analysis reporting on company operations.
- Special projects as assigned

- Must adhere to all company policies.
- Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Follow all SOPs in a given area.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
