- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous administrative/office experience required; healthcare administrative experience is a plus.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check in relation to the position applied for.
Day to Day:
- Answering incoming calls.
- Participate in medical records organization, retrieval and retention.
- Respond to staff requests for charts.
- Process correspondence.
- Ensure appropriate reviews are completed before releasing or filing health care information.
- Monitor charts for completeness and required documentation.
- Data entry of patient information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform Health Care Information activities consistent with medical, ethical, and legal requirements.
Salary : $18 - $21
