What We Offer
- $16.81-$20.59 / hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

- Pharmacy Hours are 8 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm Monday through Friday. The typical schedule for this position would be as needed Monday - Friday 9 : 30 am -6 : 30 pm.
The Pharmacy is closed on weekends and holidays.
As a Pharmacy Assistant, your tasks will include :
- Managing phone calls, patient data, prescriptions, and inventory
- Coordinating prescription delivery and counseling
- Monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and checking expiration dates
- Handling billing, refills, and clinical responsibilities in compliance with regulations
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) required at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
- Customer-focused solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficient in administrative tasks like answering phones, filing, and scanning
- Works well in a team and fast-paced environment
- Organized with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Preferred knowledge of at least one pharmacy software system
Drug testing : This position requires testing for controlled substances before employment and will be subject to further testing throughout employment.
