At Hire : $1,200.00

Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs,treatments, and medications, and review immunization records.Prepare for patient visits by reviewingfiles, ensuring necessary reports are available, and collaboratingwith Providers for efficient scheduling and continuity of carePrepare and maintain exam rooms, explainprocedures to patients, provide education and coaching, respond topatient questions and concerns, and assist physicians during examsand proceduresCollect and prepare labspecimens, administer medication, and perform other assignedclinical responsibilitiesMinimumQualifications :
Minimum high schooldiploma or GEDCompletion of an accreditedmedical assisting program (one-year certificate / diploma or two-yearAssociate Degree) from CAAHEP or ABHES, with a minimum of 720training hours, including at least 160-hour clinical externship.One year's experience as a CMA is preferredCPR certification within 90 days of hireMust have Medical Assistant Certification orMedical Assistant interim certification from the WA StateDepartment of HealthBilingual(English / Spanish) required at a level 10 to receive differentialpayMedical knowledge for understandingtheories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicineStrong people skills to handle diverse personalities,backgrounds, and situationsExcellentmultitasking ability to manage varied workloadsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, andEMROur mission celebratesdiversity.
