We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team as the Clinic Medical Director for our Mid-Valley Family Medicine Clinic in Wapato, WA, and Granger Family Medicine Clinic in Granger, WA. We are thrilled to expand our leadership team with this new position!

We are a patient-centered medical home that is passionate about providing high-quality and comprehensive care. Our team-based approach means you will be part of a dedicated care team focused on community health. As the Clinic Medical Director for both Mid-Valley Family Medicine and Granger Family Medicine, you can lead these teams while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.
Who we are looking for:
A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine.
An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel.
Position Details:
Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
1.0 FTE
After-hour call schedule is no less than 1:4.
EMR system is EPIC.
Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Position highlights:
New Hire Guarantee: $299,364.00
Annual CMD Stipend: $10,000.00

Qualifications:
You must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.
