Position Highlights:

• Salary $76,000-$99,000/hour DOE

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provides direct project management services throughout the project lifecycle (planning, scheduling, execution, change control, closing, review, and reporting) for assigned Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) clinical projects.
• Receives project requests and completes research and planning to make recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Oversees project lifecycle process for YVFWC clinic projects.
• Serves as a consultant for managing internal projects.
• Works closely with the Chief Operations Officer (CEO) Chief Medical Officer (CMO),Chief Quality and Compliance Officer ( CQO) and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize projects.
• Develops project charters, feasibility studies, business analysis, work breakdown structures, timelines, and other documentation as required.
• Facilitates project meetings throughout the project lifecycle to solve problems and accomplish project tasks.
• Coordinates project plan alignment between departments.
• Provides user training and support.
• Clarifies instructional problems, establishes goals and objectives, and identifies the learning environment and the learner’s existing knowledge.
• Designs, develops, and implements training materials for the LMS using the principals of A.D.D.E. (Assessment, Design, Develop, Evaluation).
• Approaches instructional design in a specific and systematic way. Each element of the instructional design plan is executed with attention to details in a logical and orderly method.
• Uses key principles of Project Management to assist discipline specific content owners in establishing appropriate methodologies and timelines for clinical training modules.
• Assembles the content assets that were outlined and prototyped by the discipline specific subject matter experts.
• Assists with the development of departmental goals utilizing the Daptiv system.
• Analyzes data from LMS. Conducts formative evaluations during each stage of development.
• Creates and assembles the content assets that were outlined and prototyped in the design phase.
• Monitors project progress towards leadership departmental goals using the Daptiv system.
• Creates and provides project status reports to the Chief Operation Officer (COO) and leadership as requested.
• Facilitates project portfolio review and reports on project portfolio performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred. 
• Experience: Three years’ experience managing multiple complex projects and/or leading cross-functional teams through the project management process.  Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Experience with the Daptiv Project Portfolio Management system or other enterprise project management systems is preferred.
• Professional Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required within one year of hire.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of Community Health Centers and medical operations preferred. Knowledge of formal project management methodologies. Proficiency developing charters, project plans, RACI matrices, and Gantt charts required. Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent priorities. Effective project management capability throughout the project lifecycle of planning, organizing, managing, and finalizing outcomes. Ability to influence others to achieve understanding, acceptance, and commitments to act in support of ideas and actions. Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals in a team framework. Strong customer relations skills including the ability to manage stressful situations. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.  Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal/external contacts. Advanced conflict management and resolution skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
