New Hope is a nurse-driven clinic at Yakima Medical Dental, a Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. New Hope specializes in caring for patients living with HIV in Central Washington, offering medical, dental, nutrition, counseling, outreach, and mental health services. We are a leader in the Central WA region for HIV care. Public health nurses and case managers collaborate to provide patients with wrap-around care services. Our nurses enjoy building relationships with their patients!

- 38.53-$47.20 / hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
- Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles

What You’ll Do :
Responsibilities for HIV patient care include monitoring health, administering medications, providing emotional support, conducting wellness activities, planning care, educating, administering medications, controlling infection, coordinating services, advocating, managing crises, and continuing education.
