This position supports our Vice President of Pharmacy Business Operations and is in our pharmacy operations building in Yakima, WA. You will work independently and in close collaboration with the Vice President!

20.81-$25.50 DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You’ll Do :
Provide confidential administrative support to the VP, including coordinating schedules, processing documents, and responding to telephone calls
Arrange travel and reimbursements and travel with the VP as needed
Compose written correspondence and reports
Attend meetings, transcribe minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner
Develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and office systems
Coordinate office support and cross-coverage as needed
Monitor and coordinate purchasing and maintenance needs
Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and serve as a liaison for the VP
Provide training to VP direct reports, administrative support, and others as necessary
Ensure confidentiality of information and system data
Qualifications :
Associate's Degree Or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience or certificate from an accredited technical school required
3 years’ experience with complex office responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of secretarial skills, including answering phones, taking messages, typing, composition, scheduling, transcribing, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to create operation reports with these programs
Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Ability to periodically travel to and attend off-site meetings
Ability to operate all standard office machines and equipment
Ability to work with frequent interruptions
