We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Yale Cordage.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery, and lead times with suppliers to achieve maximum value.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize waste and excess inventory.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Support company initiatives related to Lean manufacturing, safety, and environmental sustainability.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record in improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management software.
