We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, conducting continuous assessments of physical and psychosocial health, and educating patients and their families.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' health information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in urology or ambulatory/medical office settings.
- Valid State of Rhode Island Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification within one month.
