We are seeking a highly skilled APRN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Family Medicine APRN, you will work collaboratively with attending physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include conducting medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, formulating treatment plans, and educating patients/families on care and recommended resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations
• Order and review diagnostic/therapeutic tests and radiologic results
• Formulate and manage patient treatment plans
• Educate patients/families on care and recommended or available resources
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited APRN or Physician Assistant program
• Current competence to practice as an APRN, PA, CRNA, or CNM
• Certification in PA or NP specialties as required
