About the Role:
This Clinical Nurse Educator role is designed to empower experienced nurses to take on leadership roles in clinical education. About You:
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leadership and mentoring. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred, with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.

Responsibilities:
- Mentor new graduate nurses in clinical settings
- Develop and implement educational materials and training sessions
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to program activities

Requirements

Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution

Licensure/Certification:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
