Job Summary
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Policy Analyst provides patient-centered anesthetic care while monitoring vital signs and ensuring compliance with hospital regulations.
Responsibilities
- Implement accurate, safe, patient centric anesthetic care.
- Evaluate and ensure appropriate documentation within the accordance of hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Protect information of all forms from unauthorized access modification, destruction, or intentional or accidental disclosure.
- Demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.
- Continuously engage in projects that maintain and advance professional competency.
Requirements
- Certification in Nurse Anesthesia and relevant state licensure.
- Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist Council on accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs.
- Prefer clinical working experience as a CRNA within the given specialty/service line.
Licensures and Certifications
- AANA Certification.
- State of CT RN and APRN License.
- ACLS DEA Registration and State of CT Controlled Substance Registration.
