Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Assesses patients' physical and psychosocial conditions on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care.
- Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients and families, documenting plan provided, patients understanding and any outcomes.
- Assists providers in intra-office procedures, maintaining a sterile field and complying with Universal Protocol.
- Performs nursing duties including, but not limited to: physical, pain and psychosocial assessment, documentation, vital signs, bladder scan, Uroflow, catheter insertion and removal, medication administration and use of POCT (Point of Care Testing).
