Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of radiologic procedures at a technical level, assuming responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.

- The technologist will operate all equipment properly and efficiently, adhering to safe radiation guidelines.
- Performing venopuncture for contrast injections and assessing vital signs as needed are also responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications
- A high school graduate or equivalent with a formal radiologic technology program from an AMA-approved school is required.
- The selected individual must meet registry requirements by the A.R.R.T.
- Two to three months on-the-job experience gained through an accredited radiology technology program is preferred.
- A current Connecticut state license in radiologic technology or the ability to obtain licensure within six months of date of hire is necessary.
- BLS certification is also required.
- A.R.R.T. registration (R) or registry eligibility is a must.
