We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CT scanners and performing various procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT Scanners: Prepares patients for scans, positions them correctly, and ensures the equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist Radiologists: Works under the direction of radiologists to administer IV contrast according to department guidelines.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensures the cleanliness and safe operation of CT equipment.
- Patient Safety: Assumes responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients.
- Contrast Injection: Demonstrates knowledge of techniques and procedures for Medrad Stellant Injector.
- Department Operations: Assists with daily operations of the department.
