Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Science or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required for this position. Certification in one or more health disciplines in Diagnostic Imaging is also necessary. Three to seven years of experience as a diagnostic imaging technologist, with at least three years in a specific specialty area, is required. Prior lead technologist or supervisory experience is highly valued.

Main Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line supervisor, coordinating daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure technical quality of work by monitoring and auditing imaging procedures.
- Coordinate equipment service and maintenance schedules, and participate in Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective staffing and on-call schedules to meet service demands.
- Provide guidance and training to new employees, and contribute to performance evaluations and recognition programs.
