About the Role
You will work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and will be responsible for overseeing non-RN staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing duties, including physical, pain, and psychosocial assessment, documentation, vital signs, bladder scan, Uroflow, catheter insertion and removal, medication administration, and use of POCT (Point of Care Testing).
- Function as a preceptor to new staff members.
- Meet performance expectations for Customer Service, Teamwork, Resource Utilization, and Staff and Self Development as outlined in performance reviews.
