Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Nursing Practice: The registered nurse will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.

- Clinical Decision-Making: The registered nurse will utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions about patient care.
- Education and Training: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is required. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut is also required.
