Job Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care. This position involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including rooming patients and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage medical records, including abstracting new patient records into EPIC.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as sending/receiving patient medical records and setting up instruments and equipment.
  • Assist and/or perform chaperone duties for patient medical procedures as needed.

Requirements: We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assisting Certification is preferred, and EMR experience is also desirable. You should possess excellent customer service and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
