- Provide various treatment modalities for patients requiring respiratory care
- Monitor the effectiveness of these modalities and identify when another modality should be substituted
- Work collaboratively as part of the critical care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in patient and family education regarding effective respiratory management
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of accredited School of Respiratory Therapy with credential of Registered Respiratory Therapist or credential of a Certified Respiratory Therapist
- Ability to cross train in other departments may require additional certification and training
