Job Position: HVC Vascular Nurse
Job Description:
This role involves performing a range of technical duties using imaging equipment to produce high-quality interventional radiology images, prioritizing patient safety and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment
- Assist physicians during procedures and provide necessary support
- Record and manage patient data accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care delivery
Essential Qualifications:
Education and Background:
- Graduation from an accredited educational program in nursing or related field
- At least 1 year experience working in a hospital radiology department
- Prior experience in vascular nursing or related specialty highly valued
Skills and Certifications:
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and physiology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
