Essential Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- BCLS certification or completion within one month of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment safely
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a med surg setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and quality improvement principles
- Basic life support certification
