Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care
- Document plan provided, patients' understanding, and any outcomes
- Assist providers in intra-office procedures and maintain a sterile field
The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing nursing duties, including physical, pain, and psychosocial assessment, documentation, vital signs, bladder scan, Uroflow, catheter insertion and removal, medication administration, and use of POCT (Point of Care Testing).
