Overview
Northeast Medical Group, Inc. seeks Night Hospitalists to work at Yale New-Haven Hospital’s locations in New Haven, CT. Night Hospitalists will provide comprehensive medical care in internal medicine to adult inpatients through admissions, cross coverage, and discharge; contact patients' Primary Care physician about in-hospital / follow-up care; provide Primary Care physician hospital diagnosis; and new prescriptions / treatment. Night Hospitalists will cover evenings and weekends and will assume the Attending Physician role during occasional weekend day shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. (foreign equivalent accepted)
- CT physician license prior to employment commencing
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency program
- BE / BC in Internal Medicine
