Job Responsibility

Patient Care : Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Diagnosis & Treatment : Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, ensuring high-quality care in accordance with established guidelines.
Collaboration : Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Technology Utilization : Leverage electronic health records (EHR) and telemedicine tools to improve efficiency and patient engagement.
Patient Education : Educate patients and their families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical practices, treatments, and regulations within the healthcare field.

Job Requirements

Education : Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field from an accredited program.

Licensure : Active and valid Physician Assistant (PA) license and board certification.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Psychiatry preferred.

Continuous Education : Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in relevant training or workshops.

Technical Skills

Medical License : Active Physician Assistant (PA) license and board certification required.

Clinical Expertise : Strong knowledge in Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Psychiatry preferred.

Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Assessment Skills : Proficient in performing physical exams and diagnostic tests to evaluate patient health.

Treatment Planning : Ability to develop effective treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Soft Skills

Clinical Decision-Making : Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills to ensure prompt and accurate patient care.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative healthcare environment.
