You will work directly with our CEO / CTO, who has an extensive background in creating successful #1 social apps like Gas, Poparazzi, NGL, and Monkey. As our first design hire, you’ll have a unique opportunity to craft and define our product’s visual language, ensuring it embodies our mission of fostering authentic human connections. Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring each step reflects our commitment to user-centered design and emotional engagement.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and visually cohesive user interfaces for our iOS app, collaborating closely with our iOS engineer and CEO.
- Create and maintain our design system, establishing a visual language that enhances brand recognition and user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of design elements and maintain a high-quality standard across the product.
- Conduct user research, prototyping, and testing to continuously iterate on designs based on user insights and data.
- Advocate for a design-driven culture within our team, ensuring empathy, kindness, and human-centered principles guide our work.
