- Lead the charge in developing cutting-edge full-stack web and mobile applications, ensuring the delivery of user-centric products with seamless functionality
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend architectures
- Demonstrate exceptional versatility in engineering, with the ability to develop internal tools, enhance product features through automation, and support various technological needs across the company
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure efficient resource usage and high-speed data processing
- Document and manage incident responses, root cause analyses, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence
- Identify areas for improvement in the codebase, architecture, and processes, advocating for technical debt resolution
- 5 Years of related experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, evidenced by a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
- Expertise in a wide array of programming languages, development frameworks, and database technologies, with a comprehensive understanding of both frontend and backend best practices
- A demonstrated ability to take on a broad range of engineering tasks, from developing internal tools to crafting features that elevate the user experience
