Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand market presence in assisted living facilities, LTC organizations, and hospice care providers.
  • Lead the sales efforts for SaaS solutions, focusing on aligning offerings with the unique needs of senior care providers and regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior living facility administrators, hospice directors, and LTC decision-makers to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Leverage an extensive network in the senior care and hospice sectors to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell advanced SaaS features and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
  • Market Expansion and Intelligence: Identify and penetrate new regions and underserved markets in the senior care sector, with a specific focus on the East Coast.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regional regulations to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key sales metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Sales: Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling SaaS solutions or healthcare services to senior living facilities, LTC organizations, or hospice care providers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or senior care markets.
  • Extensive connections with decision-makers in assisted living, LTC, and hospice sectors.
  • Deep understanding of LTC, assisted living care operations, and hospice workflows.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in healthcare SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions that address operational workflows in senior care and hospice settings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital tools for client engagement and sales tracking.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare, including HIPAA compliance.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to healthcare executives.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Proven relationship-building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with senior care decision-makers.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
