As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of studio operations and sales. Your leadership and hands-on efforts will be key in driving the studio's growth, client satisfaction, and production standards. You must be experienced and skilled in all aspects of running a production and broadcast studio from pitching new business to evaluating technical equipment to hiring crews and beyond. We truly need someone who can do it all.
RESPONSIBILITIES : LEAD GENERATION
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new customer leads
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Attend conferences, trade shows, meetings and industry events
- Plan and conduct Open Houses to promote film in Arizona
- Become active in local industry-related organizations

Working Conditions :
This position is in a combination office environment and production studio and will be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. This position will routinely work on a computer and communicate on the phone. This position will be required to attend events and meetings outside of the office. Position will require overnight travel.
