Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as servers/bartenders at our establishment. As a server/bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a suitable table
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service
- Check on guests regularly to address any issues or additional needs
- Process payments and operate cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
- Strong guest service skills with a hospitality mindset
- Familiarity with nightclub or restaurant settings is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
