Job Description:
- Full involvement in the production planning process, working closely with stakeholders at Yamaha and Bennett.
- Develop business intelligence solutions for the organization.
- Provide reports through office applications to improve business planning processes.
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
- Provide organized data in consistent structure for activities such as data visualization, reporting, forecasting and analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision making.
- Provide executive support on creation of presentations and visualizations backed by analyzed data.
- Collaborate on special projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
- Ensuring production planning is supporting company needs and adjusting systems and people needs.
- Ensuring system changes, updates, and support to operations
- Full support and involvement in SAP B1 process from a system adaptability and updates, including regular BOM changes and new items setup.

- Perform ad hoc reporting duties as necessary.
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field is highly desired.
- 1-3 years of industry experienced required
- Proficiency with MS Office including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Preferred Experience with data visualization tool (SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to routinely re-prioritize tasks
