Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for Business Analyst ( ENTRY LEVEL ONLY ) to join our YGC team in Kennesaw, GA . The Business Analyst II will assist the Business Planning Manager in budgeting / forecasting review and implementation, operational reporting and executive presentations, strategic planning, and some month end accounting activities.
What you’ll be doing :
- Budgeting / Forecasting responsibilities include building P&L’s with unit growth, revenue, expense and overall margin of profit centers while working with all groups to implement.
- Prepare various weekly / monthly reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
- Operational reporting and Executive presentations include but is not limited to monthly dashboards and presentation decks, KPI tracking and analysis, inventory reporting, weekly wholesale and retail status reports, cost center reporting, etc.
- Assist with the development and tracking of strategic long term plan initiatives, semiannual budgets, and MBO objectives while identifying trends and providing insights on performance.
- Provide support to senior business leaders in managing day-to-day financial operations and performance including monthly cost center reviews; further support on special projects that drive critical business decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiencies in current environment.
- Adapt to future SAP system upgrades and create new processes and reporting.
- Assist Accounting with month end close as necessary.
- Ad Hoc reporting and other duties as required.
